SECURITY

Access to festival is granted through wristbands. Should you need to leave the area, you can get back by showing your wristband.

Admission to the area is forbidden, should you carry any sharp objects, weapons or such. Also, carrying any containers, bottles and cans to the area is forbidden. By the festival entrance is a service for your personal items to be storaged througout your visit to our festival.


ALCOHOL AND SERVICE POINTS

In the festival area is an area for alcohol sales with a good view to the stage. Sold in the area are beer, cider, soft drinks, tobacco etc. Please do acquire cash for this area, credit or bank cards are not accepted. The absolute lowest age admitted to this area is 18. Be prepared to verify your age (drivers licence, passport or such).

In the area there are also the regular festival services, such as food sales points and t-shirt sales tents.


STORAGE FACILITY

Outside the festival area, right next to the entrance, is a storage tent with appropriate security services. You can leave your bags, bottles and such there. Cost for the service is 2 ? / customer. The tent opens in the daytime before the festival, and closes half an hour afterwards. Alcohol is given back only to people with verified age of at least 18. Every lost, found or left article is returned to the local police.


BANK CARDS AND ATM:S

The area is in the centre of Lapua, and you can find numerous ATM:s in the vicinity. You should remember that cash is the only method for buying services or tickets in the area.


FIRST AID

There is a professional first aid group in the area throughout the festival.

BUS AND TRAIN CONNECTIONS

The park of Laurilanpuisto is in the immediate centre of Lapua, so all services are near. Right next to the area there is a railway station. Timetables can be checked from www.vr.fi. Also in Lapua there is a bus station (Matkahuoto) and a taxi centre. Timetables for busses can be found from www.matkahuolto.fi.

During Friday and Saturday, three festival busses from a company called Härmän Liikenne will arrive to the area from Vaasa, Alahärmä and Seinäjoki. Timetables announced in the coming weeks. The festival ticket does not include any transportation in itself.

CAMPING

There are no camping areas in the immediate vicinity, but the closest camping area lies one kilometer (0,75 miles) from Laurilanpuisto. More info on Tervaranta camping here: www.lapua.fi/matkailu/kohteet/?ryhma=4&kohdeid=45. The festival ticket does not include any accommodation in itself.


MEDIA

As a representative of media you can apply for accreditaton to the festival by sending a free form application to jonna@jurassicrock.fi. Should you be guaranteed admission, you will be contacted by 31st of July.


TAPING AND PHOTOGRAPHY

Unauthorized taping or photography are not allowed. All kinds of recording devices and cameras are strictly forbidden.
